1. Overview
This policy applies to all physical products purchased at https://eastpicks.fun. Digital goods, gift cards, and personalized items are final sale.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Returns for Defective/Damaged Items
- Conditions: Product malfunction, shipping damage, or significant mismatch with the description.
- Timeframe: Request within 30 days of delivery.
- Shipping Cost: We cover return shipping (prepaid label provided).
2.2 Change-of-Mind Returns
- Conditions: Item unused, in original packaging with tags intact.
- Timeframe: Request within 14 days (EU/UK) or 7 days (non-EU) of delivery.
- Shipping Cost: Customer responsible; deductibles may apply.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized/customized products (e.g., engraved gadgets).
- Sealed electronics (if factory seal broken).
- Underwear, cosmetics, and perishables.
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Initiate a Return
- Log into your account → Order History → Select **”Request Return”**.
- Upload 3 photos (defective items) or a brief reason (change-of-mind).
- Receive a prepaid return label (if eligible) via email within 24 hours.
3.2 Packaging Requirements
- Use original packaging or equivalent protective materials.
- Include the RMA number (provided via email) on the package.
- Recommended carriers: DHL, FedEx, or USPS with tracking.
