This policy applies to all physical products purchased at https://eastpicks.fun. Digital goods, gift cards, and personalized items are ​final sale.

2.1 Returns for Defective/Damaged Items

  • Conditions: Product malfunction, shipping damage, or significant mismatch with the description.
  • Timeframe: Request within ​30 days of delivery.
  • Shipping Cost: We cover return shipping (prepaid label provided).

2.2 Change-of-Mind Returns

  • Conditions: Item unused, in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Timeframe: Request within ​14 days (EU/UK) or ​7 days (non-EU) of delivery.
  • Shipping Cost: Customer responsible; deductibles may apply.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/customized products (e.g., engraved gadgets).
  • Sealed electronics (if factory seal broken).
  • Underwear, cosmetics, and perishables.

3. Refund Process

3.1 How to Initiate a Return
